PRIVACY POLICY
How Bryan Exhaust Service collects, uses and protects your information across our website.
Your privacy is important to us. It is Bryan Exhaust Service's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://bryanexhaust.com/, and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.
Analytics, advertising measurement, and session replay
We use Google Tag Manager to operate Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement. These services may process page URLs, referring and campaign information, Google advertising click identifiers, visit or session identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, and website interaction events. We send an advertising lead conversion only after our system accepts a new quote request; contact details entered in the form are not included in that conversion event. We also use Google Ads website call measurement. For eligible visitors, Google may replace our displayed telephone number with a Google forwarding number and measure calls made through that number. Google and PostHog may use cookies or browser storage for these purposes.
We use PostHog to understand how visitors find and use our website and to improve its performance. Analytics may include pages viewed, visit and page duration, referring site and campaign tags, approximate location derived from the connection, browser and device information, scrolling and clicks, performance measurements, and website errors. PostHog may use browser storage or cookies to distinguish visits and returning visitors.
Session replay and heatmaps help us understand website usability. All input values are masked, quote-form content is excluded from recording and automatic capture, request bodies and headers are not recorded, and URL query strings are removed before analytics events are sent. We send quote-form workflow events only; we do not send the name, email, phone, address, restaurant, message, or other values entered into a quote form to PostHog.
We honor the browser’s Do Not Track setting for this analytics collection. Analytics data is handled under our service provider’s security and retention controls and is used for website measurement, troubleshooting, and improving our services.
Google Tag Manager and PostHog remain off unless you select “Accept analytics.” You can reject non-essential measurement or change your choice at any time using the Privacy settings link in the website footer. Rejecting non-essential measurement does not prevent you from using the quote form or contacting us.
This policy is effective as of 1 January 2020. Last updated 1 September 2026.
